The editor Daphné Despero learns about a library of books that have been rejected by publishers. As she visits the librarry, she stumbles upon a masterpiece of a novel that she would like to publish. Unfortunately the author, the local pizza maker, has already passed away and his family had no idea about his life as a writer. When the novel is finally published, the moderator and critic Jean-Michel Rouche doubts the authenticity of the author in his book show and goes on a quest the real author.
