Frank is an overworked professional killer on the verge of burnout. Before his time off, he takes one last job and is supposed to kidnap Marlene, the daughter of a defaulting contractor, for the boss of a syndicate. The job doesn't go as planned and Frank falls in love with Marlene. From then on, events roll over, because his boss has other plans for the girl.
