Jordana Brewster is an American actress born on April 26, 1980 in Panama City, Panama. She is the daughter of a Brazilian model and an American investment banker. At the age of six, she moved with her family to London and later to New York City, before eventually coming to California.

Brewster began her acting career in the 1990s with roles in soap operas such as "All My Children" and "As the World Turns." Her breakthrough came in 2001 with her role as Mia Toretto in "The Fast and the Furious," the first film in the successful action film series. She returned for the sequels "Fast & Furious," "Fast Five," "Fast & Furious 6," "Furious 7" and "F9."

In addition to her work in the "Fast and Furious" series, Brewster also appeared in other films and TV series, including "The Faculty," "Annapolis," "Dallas," "Lethal Weapon" and "Secrets and Lies."

Brewster is also known for her philanthropic efforts. Her support includes the "No Kid Hungry" campaign and the "Baby2Baby" program, which assists needy families with children. She has been married to film producer Andrew Form since 2007 and has two sons.
