Biographie:
Vin Diesel is an American actor, director and film producer who was born Mark Sinclair on July 18, 1967 in Alameda County, California. He is known for his role as Dominic Toretto in the Fast and Furious film series and as Riddick in the film series of the same name.

Diesel was raised by his mother and her new husband and grew up in a multicultural family. He discovered his interest in acting at an early age and began performing in local plays as a child. At 17, he moved to New York to study acting at Hunter College, but soon dropped out to pursue a career in Hollywood.

Diesel had his first significant role in the film "Multi-Facial" (1995), which he also wrote, directed and produced. The film was shown at the Cannes Film Festival and brought Diesel international recognition. However, his breakthrough came in 2001 with the role of Dominic Toretto in "The Fast and the Furious".

In the following years, Diesel starred in several films, including "XXX" (2002) and "The Chronicles of Riddick" (2004). However, he always returned to his role as Dominic Toretto and starred in a total of eight films in the "Fast and Furious" series.

In addition to his acting career, Diesel is also a film producer and founded the production company One Race Films in 1995. He also produced and directed several films such as "Strays" (1997) and "Los Bandoleros" (2009).

Away from the film industry, Diesel has a strong interest in various forms of martial arts and has practiced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for many years. He is also an avid collector of toys and has an extensive collection of action figures and model cars.

Vin Diesel has a daughter with his longtime girlfriend Paloma Jiménez and currently lives in Los Angeles.
