Rocket: "So, we're saving the galaxy again?"
Peter Quill: "Yep."
Rocket: "Awesome! We're really going to be able to jack up our price if we're two-time galaxy savers."

"Groot! Put your seatbelts on!"

Ayesha: "I see it within you. Fear, jealousy, betrayal. It is our duty to cleanse the universe of this weakness."
Rocket: "You know, they told me you people were conceited douchebags, but that isn't true at all. [winks his eye towards Peter]"
Peter Quill: "Dude!"
Rocket: "Ah... I'm using my wrong eye."

"Oh, that's intense."

Peter Quill: "I hope you're ready, he'll be here any minute."
[Gamora loads her weapon]
Peter Quill: "Is that a rifle?"
Gamora: "You don't know what a rifle looks like?"
Peter Quill: "It's just... swords were your thing and guns were mine, but I guess we're both doing guns now. I just didn't know that."

Mantis: "If I touch someone, I can feel their feelings. [touches Peter's hand] You feel... love."
Peter Quill: "Yeah, I guess, yeah, I feel a general unselfish love for just about everybo..."
Mantis: "No! Sexual love!"
Peter Quill: "No. No, I don't."
Mantis: [points to Gamora] "For her!"
Peter Quill: "No!"
Drax: [laughing loud] "She just told everyone your deepest, darkest secret!"
Peter Quill: "Dude, come on! I think you're overreacting a little bit."
Drax: "You must be so embarrassed! [to Mantis] Do me! Do me! Do me!"

Rocket: "Does anybody have any tape out there? I wanna put some tape over the death button."
Peter Quill: "Nobody has any tape!"
Rocket: "Not a single person has tape?!"
Peter Quill: "You have an atomic bomb in your bag, if anybody's going to have tape, it's you!"
Rocket: "I have to do everything!"
Peter Quill: "You are wasting a lot of time!"
Baby Groot: [runs off with the bomb] "I am Groooot!"
Rocket: "That's a really bad sign."

Rocket: [to Baby Groot] "The fate of the universe lies on your shoulders. Now, whatever you do, don't... push... this... button! Because that will set off the bomb immediately and we'll all be dead! Now repeat back what I just said."
Baby Groot: "I am Groot! [tries to push the button]"
Rocket: "No! No, that's the button that will kill everyone! Try again."
Baby Groot: "I am Groot."
Rocket: "Mm-hmm."
Baby Groot: "I am Groot."
Rocket: "Uh-huh."
Baby Groot: "I am Groot. [tries to push the button again]"
Rocket: "Nooo!!"
