Christopher Lambert, born March 29, 1957 in Great Neck, New York, is a French-American actor. He became internationally known for his role as Connor MacLeod in the cult film "Highlander" (1986).

Lambert was born in the United States, but grew up mostly in France. He began his acting career in the 1980s and quickly gained recognition for his charisma and presence on the screen.

His breakthrough came with the film "Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes" (1984), in which he portrayed the role of Tarzan. The film was a great success and established Lambert as a rising star in Hollywood.
