Biographie:
Willard Carroll Smith Jr, better known as Will Smith, was born on September 25, 1968 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He grew up in West Philadelphia and began performing as a rapper under the name "The Fresh Prince" at an early age.

In 1990, Smith landed the lead role in the hit TV series "The Prince of Bel-Air," which made him a star. While filming the series, Smith also began his career as a film actor, starring in such films as "Six Degrees of Separation" (1993) and "Bad Boys" (1995).

His final breakthrough, however, came in 1996 with the blockbuster "Independence Day," in which he saved the world from an alien invasion alongside Jeff Goldblum. Further success followed with films such as "Men in Black" (1997), "Ali" (2001) and "I, Robot" (2004).

Smith has achieved great success not only as an actor, but also as a producer and musician. He has released several albums and some of his hits such as "Gettin' Jiggy wit It" and "Men in Black" became international chart successes.

In recent years, Smith has appeared in films such as "Suicide Squad" (2016) and "Aladdin" (2019). He has received several awards, including four Grammy Awards, four Golden Globe nominations and two Oscar nominations.

Smith is also known for his social commitment and has been involved with several charities, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Will Smith Foundation, which supports educational projects in the United States.
